BUILT AROUND YOUR BRAND
Clear direction. From launch to what’s next.
A considered search. A carefully prepared application. A plan for protecting your place in the market.

BEFORE YOU INVEST IN A NAME
Start with a clearer picture of the risks.
Your brand carries the reputation you are building. Before committing to packaging, signage, a product launch, or a new website, it helps to understand whether the name may conflict with someone else’s rights.
We evaluate proposed marks in the context of your goods and services and help you consider a practical path forward.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Before you file.
Is an available business name enough?
A business-name or domain search is only part of the picture. A trademark clearance review considers potentially conflicting rights, including marks that may not be federally registered.
Can I apply before I launch?
In appropriate cases, a U.S. application can be based on a bona fide intent to use a mark in commerce. That filing basis requires acceptable evidence of use before registration.
How long does registration take?
Timing depends on examination, the filing basis, and any objections or disputes. We can discuss the stages and likely issues for your application without promising a fixed approval date.
Do you help with trademark disputes?
Yes. Tucker Law handles trademark infringement matters and disputes involving applications and registrations.
