After completing the online engagement letter, Tucker Law will conduct a trademark search to determine the likelihood that the United States Patent and Trademark Office will ultimately allow your desired mark to issuance into a federal trademark.

PROVIDE TRADEMARK SEARCH RESULTS

In most instances, Tucker Law provides the search results to you within five business days.  After you review the search results, you may schedule a consultation to discuss the results of the search.

FILE TRADEMARK APPLICATION

After your approval, Tucker Law will file the Trademark Application with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

MONITOR TRADEMARK FILING

Tucker Law will monitor your trademark and keep you apprised of its status at the United States Patent & Trademark Office.  Additionally, the Firm will respond to any non-substantive Office Actions at no additional charge.
